Design and Planning Advice
We offer a full design service, liaise with local authorities for planning advice, submit plans to local authority for approval, deal with any planning/building regulation issues and liaise with building control throughout the works.
Project Management
Our team of Project Managers ensure your project is run smoothly, efficiently, on time and within budget. We can assign the appropriate Manager for your project depending on size, cost and complexity. We will provide a full weekly schedule and a copy will be given to the Client at the start of the project .
New Builds
We offer a complete new build package in both conventional brick and block and Timber framed structures. Traditional or Contemporary, single properties or multi dwelling developments. Our design team have a talent in maximising the space provided to meet each Clients exacting needs, always working closely with local authorities.
Extensions / Refurbishments
We can design your extension, obtain planning approval and project manager the project in its entirety. We have a team of skilled tradesman and sub-contractors who we have used on all of our projects. We have vast experience of extensions, single storey, double storey and loft conversions, all finished to a very high standard.
Oak Framed Garden Rooms / Cart Lodges
Our team of skilled carpenters and design team can help you realise your dream by designing and constructing any timber/oak framed building, whatever size or shape.
